If you are a TCP subscriber the Keyword(s) field on Basic Search searches for your term(s) within all EEBO records or the full text of each item that has been keyed to date.
Use the Advanced Search to keyword search within records and/or keyed full text.

Use your Search History to further refine or combine searches.
You can select multiple elements to search on from the Limit full text keywords within list on the Advanced Search (TCP subscribers only), the Language and Country of origin fields on the Advanced Search and the Illustration type field on the Advanced and Periodicals Search pages.
Items with images - searches for your term(s) within records only for items that have document images available to be read on screen or downloaded in PDF format.
Use the additional search boxes mentioned above to narrow your search to specific fields within records.A list of abbreviations used in the Bibliographic name / number field is available.Search for publisher, city of publication and date of publication.Note that searching on a non-inverted name form in the Author/editor keyword(s) field will also retrieve the inverted form, e.g.
